The PVC Course is a Water Corporation WA non-accredited program, for the operations in the civil and construction areas where PVC Pipe Laying is required. This course will provide participants with the knowledge and the skills to understand different types of PVC pipe and their properties, the correct excavation requirements; including the relevant safety and installation methods that conform to the utility provider’s specifications.
This non-accredited program is required for those looking to work on a Water Corporation WA worksite.
Refreshers are required every three (3) years.
CONTENT
Upon successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attendance and a plastic wallet card.
This course is one day (8 hours).
All learners must be 16 years or older and will be required to provide photographic identification upon arriving for their course.
Please note: Civil Train only carries out training in English. If English is your second language, you may engage a professional (accredited) and independent translator at your cost, for training purposes only.
This course is delivered and assessed face to face.
There are theory and practical training and assessment components to the course.
Public courses are scheduled frequently in Perth.
